The Restoring Waters Case Manager is responsible for providing intensive case management for women and those with marginalized genders at Restoring Waters - a single-site permanent supportive housing program serving 60 individuals. This position supports clients in determining and addressing goals, and works closely with other staff to ensure effective team communication that promotes client satisfaction and effective, self-directed services using a client-centered approach.
1. Provide case management to approximately 20 to 25 clients

2. A relevant course of study in a social services field and a minimum of one year of related experience
3. Ability to undergo and pass a background study as detailed in Minnesota Statute 144.057 and Chapter 245C
4. Must have a personal smart phone for our Zoom phone syste m. Company provides a monthly stipend
5. Experience delivering services to adults who have experienced mental illness, alcohol or drug addiction, domestic violence, homelessness, or other trauma
6. Knowledge of evidence-based practices preferred, specifically Harm Reduction, Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care and Person-Centered approaches
7. Able to identify and assess a wide range of client needs
8. Knowledgeable about community resources
9. Experience and high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office
10. Able to interact with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, respect, and professionalism
11. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
12. Able to exercise good judgement and problem solving in a variety of circumstances
13. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
14. Able to maintain professional boundaries
15. Moderate physical effo rt, with intermittent lifting or carrying limited to no more than 50 pounds
16. Duties may require physical ability to climb stairs
17. Duties require extended use of a keyboard
18. Ability to work until own initiative in a fast-paced environment, where interruptions are frequent and the ability to multi-task and set priorities are necessary

· Associates Degree in a Social Services field, plus 1 year of Case Management, or 2 years of combined Case Management and lived experience with unhoused populations
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field, plus 6 months of Case Management, or 1 year of combined Case Management and lived experience with unhoused populations.
· Tier 1.2 $44,000
