Overview:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers during our busy season. This temporary position has the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and assist with inventory management
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including packaging and labeling items
Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise is required
