Looking for a motivated Part Time Grounds/Cleaner for the Salt Lake Area. The qualified candidate should have strong attention to detail and be a self-motivator.

General Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Clean-up of litter throughout property
• Using a leaf blower, broom, shovel, rake or snow blower to clean parking lots, landscaping, hallways and breezeways
• Some landscaping improvements and upkeep.
• Cleaning building hallways as needed
• Various painting projects including handrails, staircases, interior and exterior walls etc.
• Spreading salt on sidewalks, stairs and driveways
• Recognizing trip hazards and other hazards throughout property and reporting them to the onsite manager.
• Completes all work according to OSHA Standards and complies with company safety policies at all times.
• Cleaning and upkeep of office and clubhouse

Qualifications Needed: * The skills and knowledge required would generally be obtained with previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance repair work or construction.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions.
• Ability to relate to staff and public in a courteous manner.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 25 to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Please note: This position requires the candidate to have reliable transportation and travel between 2 properties. 20 hours would be spent at 1 location and 20 hours at the other. Each property is no more than 5-10 miles apart. If it is preferred, this position can become part time to where you would only be at 1 location. Pay is $17-$18 per hour DOE.
