Customer Service Representative
Skills:
Excellent attendance.
Excellent telephone skills.
Ability to routinely relay and follow up on numerous phone and email discussions to assist with concerns.
Self-confidence, ability to plan then react. Provide questions and answers with detail in emails not in a routine or the normal daily events.
Use internal program to enter customer order information p.o., part number, due date, quantity etc.
Special projects: Excel data entry and review. Customer portal navigation, structured customer inventory commitments controlled by customer service.
Organization skills: Assist in the upkeep of part file jackets electronic, paper and pricing review for updates.
Teamwork: Daily demonstration of a positive attitude to assist in a productive, factual, calm work environment.
Daily assignment may include meeting preparation, meetings, inventory review, special projects outside the department.
Experience/ Education:
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.

Hours Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (negotiable)
Work location located in main office area.
