Your Role: Leading Construction Excellence As a Heavy Civil Foreman at Emery Sapp & Sons, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a crew of construction workers, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress monitoring. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors. Provide training on safety procedures and best practices. Manage project resources effectively, including materials and equipment. Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training preferred. 5 years of experience in construction, with experience in a leadership role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
