Your Role : Mastering Precision and Efficiency :

As an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator, you're the expert behind the controls, ensuring precision and efficiency on our construction sites.

Maneuvering bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, your focus is on safe, quality work. Your role extends to equipment maintenance, quick repairs, and seamless communication with the team to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation : Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials, earth, and other heavy objects.
• Safety and Quality : Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality.
• Maintenance : Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Communication : Regularly communicate with crew members and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors to keep them informed of project schedules and deadlines.
• Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, and safety procedures are followed.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction projects.
• Training : Provide on-the-job training to new operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
• 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, with construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze project data and identify trends for improvement.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus.
