Account Executive

What you’ll do
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Integrative Medicine community
Develop and manage pipeline activity resulting in new customers
Nurture accounts through regular contact, sharing software updates and sharing best practices
Our Account Executives are expert relationship builders with our customers and are excited to educate the customer about our software platform
You will educate and train our B2B clients on the Wellevate software platform with the goal of converting the client to regular software use
You’ll make outbound call campaigns to demonstrate the web-based software product via phone and/or webinar and will have metrics around those goals that are tied to commission
Manage the process of activating customer accounts and training them on how to use the software effectively for their businesses
You will share marketing materials and best practices with customers, demonstrate knowledge of the needs and nuances of our wide spectrum of customers, and you will, in time, be the SME of Emerson’s Wellevate software product
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of successful sales, prospecting and new business development with a service, SAAS or solution-based offering
You have a consultative sales approach and have a track record of successful account management
You have a track record of success in a performance-driven environment
BA/BS degree preferred
Experience in integrative medicine, nutraceutical, supplement space helpful
Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, herbalist or similar certifications helpful
