About Disrupt
Disrupt is a multi-family private equity and property management firm focused on providing investors with strong and safe returns through real estate syndications. Founded in 2017, the firm was born from a desire to create safe, quality housing through strategic upgrades, hands-on customer service-oriented management and targeted acquisitions in growing markets. Having both of our managing partners come from IT backgrounds, Disrupt incorporates technology at every level of their business from acquisitions and underwriting to the closing process and asset management, which has helped them meet and exceed projected investor returns.
Disrupt has two divisions: Disrupt Equity, which focuses on investments and advisors, and Disrupt Management, which focuses on multi-family property management.
Job Summary
Disrupt Management is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in XXXXXX, Texas.
The role of a Disrupt Management Property Manager is to be fully accountable for all day-to-day operations and ensure all objectives set forth by the Property Owner and Regional Manager are successfully met. The Property Manager will also ensure the operations of the property comply with company policies and procedures, the Fair Housing Act and other applicable laws and regulations governing our operations.
