Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple sales personnel for specific factory (s) and territory (s).
• Assist sales in preparing estimates for quotes.
• Assist sales in preparing booking packages for processing to factory.
• Coordinate sales orders with factory to ensure on time delivery.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with order process.
• Canvass customer base to create, sales, leads for sales and gage customer satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between sales and factory.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge , skills and abilities listed below :

• You must be located within the central time zone, preferably in Kansas, Texas, or Missouri.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Hardworking.
• Physical ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with associates at all levels in the company.
• A degree in Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
