Job Title : Refrigeration Parts Sales Representative

Job Summary : Shambaugh & Son in Fort Wayne is looking for a Refrigeration Parts Sales Representative. You will be responsible for creating parts quotes and orders for customers communicating with customers and vendors.

You will also enter orders in the AS400, assist parts administrator as needed and coordinate with the refrigeration engineers with recommended spare parts lists & sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Parts Sales :
• Communicating with customers via phone calls & emails about Refrigeration Parts & products available for their needs and wants
• Communicating with and getting pricing from vendors
• Preparing quotes for customers
• Entering purchase orders in the AS400 and forwarding them to the vendors
• Work with Parts Administrator on order confirmations, billings, & tracking of orders
• Assist in the promotion of Refrigeration Parts Sales, to lead to more business for Refrigeration Group

Qualifications :

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks incoming calls, scheduling, internal personnel, etc.
• Must have experience with the ammonia refrigeration industry including parts
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & Adobe Pro
• Must have excellent customer service and phone skills
