Education Experience Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Vocational / industry trade school (work experience may be substituted)
- 5 years of MEP and CMMS-related work experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A valid driver's license
The Operations Coordinator's daily responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other team members, using the Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), delivering efficient and timely service to multiple buildings, coordinating Change Work Authorizations (CWA) paperwork from start to finish, creating, assigning, and accepting work orders, assisting with the budget and any AP escalations, and other duties as assigned.
