Job Title: Quality Control Manager (P)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Washington, DC. for a bid proposal. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the Quality of maintenance and repair activities
******This position is contingent upon contract award*****
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the quality of the contract's work to ensure they meet the contract requirements, standards outlined by the manufacturer, and the work standards outlined in the CMMS.
- Conduct QC inspections of work being conducted and completed work.
- Review PM/repair paperwork for completeness. This includes onsite personnel work and subcontractors. Review subcontractor reporting for completeness.
- Record results of QC and provide reporting as required.
- Perform other tasks as directed by their supervisor.
Qualifications.
- Must have a current valid state HVAC Masters license (Virginia or Washington D.C.)
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the inspection of mechanical equipment
- Must be OSHA Trained,
- Must have a Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) universal license and valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification under section 608 technician certification.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Manual dexterity and mobility.
- Ability for repetitive reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Prolonged walking and standing
