Job Description:
Havel is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Indianapolis office to support customers, field personnel, operations, and managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt of parts for the service division
- Prepare and management daily shipment, logistics and call trucking companies for pickups.
- Negotiate shipping prices with trucking companies.
- Manage all returns and call vendors along with negotiating return cost and restocking fees.
- Oversee fleet management including tracking maintenance and coordinate with main office.
- Handle all UPS and Fed Ex delivery and shipping
- Order stock, manage inventory, reconcile tools, track tool repairs, and check out tools
- Provide customer service for all HVAC Service OTC
- Reconcile monthly credit card
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and tools is a plus
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills
- Have the ability to handle a variety of situations and identify priorities.
