JOB SUMMARY:

Hill York seeks a Field Service Leader who will assist Service manager in the day-to-day duties and operation of the field service side of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILIITES:

• Assist dispatch team in proper delegation and staffing of jobs by attending daily Teams meetings and working with the dispatch team to make decisions that best fit the needs of the customer
• Hands on training of technicians to develop a team focused on the goal of world class service by performing quality, timely and accurate service
• Lead by example and help the field team wherever skills are needed
• Take an active role in teaching technicians how to be successful in the industry
• Help recruit new talent that will advance our team
• Perform customer service and satisfaction check ins through regular site visits and conversations
• Serve as lead for agreement turnover walkthroughs.
• Balance billable time while utilizing non billable time to best serve the company and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years HVAC field experience
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Works well in a team environment.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
• Must be customer-focused and professional with both oral and written communication skills
