Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, wholly responsible for all aspects that pertain to compliance for your designated customer account/s. Conduct telephonic and electronic follow up to ensure work is completed within compliance of the agreed upon outcome for the services rendered to meet the contractual obligations of the client.
This position will involve handling daily service provider communications which includes but is not limited to following up with numerous providers via telephone and email to obtain and file missing documentation and reports associated with work rendered for the designated customer account/s.
Regular engagement with the customer will be expected to provide follow-up & resolution on work order compliance findings. The candidate will also be expected to compile compliance survey data and provide frequent updates to internal & external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manipulates compliance survey results in to prioritize service provider communication. |
Communicates regularly with service providers via telephone to get work order compliance updates. |
Updates and performs uploads into system to work orders to document communications. |
Coordinates and communicates with procurement & leadership regarding vendor/EFO compliance trends/concerns. |
Partner with internal service teams to ensure compliance of all associated tasks requiring documentation in a timely manner |
Provide weekly reports around compliance opportunities & wins to leadership team |
Communicates regularly with customers at the Center level to respond to negative survey results and resolve compliance issues. |
Attend and own a portion of customer facing Operations meetings surrounding recent compliance issues and resolutions. |
Qualifications:
Education | Associates Degree or equivalent experience. |
Business Experience | Minimum of two years’ experience in a facilities maintenance, property management or customer service role required. Experience in managing service delivery for trades labor such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Roofing preferred. |
Language Skills | Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred. |
Technical Qualifications & Skills | Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word. Must be able to Type min 50 wpm and have good writing skills. |
Professional and friendly demeanor, willing to go above and beyond to accomplish the mission. |
Ability to work under pressure and constantly make correct decisions with limited input and determine when to escalate issues to the Facilities Manager/Supervisor or Account Manager. |
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all functions of the Operations Staff and Call Center Operations team to carry out the objectives of the program. |
Ability to critically think and problem solve. |
Ability to maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times. |
Convey confidence in providing and receiving pertinent information. |
Must be punctual, reliable and caring about their work ethic. |
