Responsibilities of Hotel housekeeper:

• Make beds with proper clean linen according to size.
• Clean bathroom with correct chemicals.
• High and low dust
• Scrubbing shower walls when needed, if kept up with this isn't needed often. (More of deep cleaning)
• Keeping your cart organized and clean
• Having correct labels on cleaning products to match what is in the bottle
• Being a team player helping others who may need help
• Having a flexible work schedule, being able to work weekends holidays and/or nights if needed
• Replenish all supplies needed to get through your day.
• Completing any special projects and other duties that are given by the manager/supervisor
• Cleans all areas of guest rooms
• Provide towel and trash exchange daily.
• Vacuum every guest room given for the day.
• Maintains proper working relationships within the department and with other operating departments on property.
• Replenish any used or missing room amenities (ex: Soap shampoo conditioner etc.)

Qualifications for hotel housekeeper

• Must work well with others if needed
• Must be punched in, in uniform and ready for work as scheduled.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, use a vacuum and carry their equipment on a regular and extended basis
