Our newly renovated hotel is looking for a driven hospitality expert with strong communication and outstanding customer service to help oversee our Front Desk/Guest Services. Working with the Hotel Front Office Manager, you'll be helping oversee the Front Desk's hotel operations during your shift. Some examples of that include checking in and serving guests and working alongside your hotel front desk employees. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be in charge of ensuring the Front Desk is following Standard Operational Procedures and Checklists, and giving the best service to our guests while also following Hilton Embassy Suites' promise to make it right.
