Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems - Weld and fabricate parts as needed - Maintain and update equipment records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Assist in the installation of new equipment Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting machinery - Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Knowledge of electrical systems and components - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintenance work, we encourage you to apply for this position.
