We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to manage our Norwood clinic in Austin. The Lead Veterinarian is the clinician half of a leadership dyad, partnered with a Clinic Manager who serves as the administrative half of the dyad. The position is full time at 5 days per week, with one of those days dedicated to leadership and administrative tasks.

Emancipet measures quality using the six domains of quality medicine: Safety, Efficacy, Efficiency, Patient-Centeredness, Equity, and Timeliness. The Staff Veterinarian will be responsible for providing care in alignment with these domains and Emancipet’s standard operating procedures.

Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000, dependent on experience

Requirements:
• Doctor of veterinary medicine degree
• Licensure in Texas or ability to obtain licensure
