- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Handle inbound calls with a focus on customer service
- Scheduling and communicating with service technicians
- Coordinating customer appointments and managing reminders
- Will be asked to help around the office when not on the phone
- Microsoft office experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Scheduling and dispatch experience is preferred
- Previous handyman / service experience is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
