Job Description: As an Experienced Dispatcher at Choice Towing, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive timely and effective service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and dispatching tow trucks to various locations based on customer needs.
• Communicating with drivers via phone and dispatch software to provide detailed instructions and support.
• Monitoring the status and location of all active tow trucks to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Handling incoming customer calls, providing estimates, and addressing inquiries or issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and service logs.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure all dispatch operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any dispatch-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in the towing or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching software and tools. Knowledge of Beacon Software a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local geography and roadways.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GPS tracking systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary .
