This is a full-time position Monday - Friday scheduled 9 am - 6 pm. The pay is $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
The Office Manager plays a meaningful role in turning children's goals into reality and helping Welbourne Nursery and Preschool become the best it can be. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your natural interpersonal and sales skills while bringing enthusiastic energy to our staff and facility. The goal of this position is to keep enrollment full and send our students off to kindergarten feeling academically prepared, socially confident, and personally happy. What You’ll Do:
• Receive all calls relating to enrollment and explain to families why Welbourne Avenue Nursery and Preschool is the best choice for their child's education
• Turn inquiry calls into scheduled appointments to conduct campus tours and sign families up for enrollment
• Develop and maintain social media outlets, including the Welbourne website, Facebook page, Instagram, and YouTube
• Prepare a weekly report for the Executive Director outlining the details of your contacts, tours, and resulting enrollments
• Collect information, assess applications, handle application documentation, enter data into files, make recommendations, and provide customer service to families as needed
