POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Specialist's main goal is to find and retain excellent employees. This position is entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Elmington is comprised of multiple locations and lines of business that are operated as their own living, breathing corporation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Human Resources or a related field is helpful though not required
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and networking required
Required experience recruiting for diverse levels of corporate positions
Experience in Efficient Apply, Efficient Hire, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently sit, stand and walk
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
