Ellumen is Hiring an Experienced Proposal Manager Near Silver Spring, MD
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management in the government contracting industry. Managing Federal proposals over $25M, preferably in Federal IT proposal management.
- 10 years of experience in all aspects of proposal preparation, development, and production.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other relevant regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning proposals for government contracts.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise proposal content.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software (e.g., Shipley, Privia).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing oral presentations, demonstrations, and code challenges highly preferred.
- Federal contract writing experience preferred.
