The Ellison Institute of Technology is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Enterprise Application Administrator (Data Analyst) to enrich its IT team. Within EIT, this role shoulders the pivotal responsibility of overseeing and fine-tuning the utilization of HR, Finance, and other technology-sensitive enterprise data systems. The position entails orchestrating the deployment, upkeep, and assistance of HR, Finance, and other software systems, along with tools and integrations. These efforts are aimed at refining business processes, fortifying data precision, and empowering data-driven decision-making through comprehensive reporting and intuitive data visualizations.The Enterprise Application Administrator (Data Analyst) is responsible for performing the following job duties:Job Accountabilities:
System Implementation and Training:
  • Assist with planning, execution, and management of enterprise system implementations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with organizational objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate staff on system functionalities.
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Oversee data accuracy and integrity, conducting audits and assessments. 
  • Analyze data for strategic decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • Implement security measures and create data integrations for streamlined reporting.
  • Create data visualizations using business intelligence reporting tools.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
  • Serve as primary support contact for system inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations.
  • Assess and implement system upgrades as needed.
  • Implement and maintain system integrations as required.
Customization and Process Improvement:
  • Customize platforms to meet organizational needs, including reports, workflows, and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and best practices.
Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance through regular audits and controls implementation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise application administration, with expertise spanning HR, Finance, and enterprise systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.Preferred Field of Expertise: Enterprise Application Administration and Data Analysis.Salary: $99,248 – 143,031, DOE
