The responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Manager are to prepare global regulatory submissions and communicate regulatory strategies to product development teams, and to be responsible for development, maintenance, and review of submissions, documentation, labeling, and procedures while helping to lead and expand the RA team as the regulatory department continues to grow. 
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Quality Inspector is to work with the Production, Regulatory, and Engineering team to ensure the overall quality of a manufactured product. The Quality Inspector will be tasked with inspections of incoming, in-process and final inspections, and filling out documentation related to acceptance, and non-conforming materials. Supports production and engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  • Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, & summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with quality control techniques.
  • Understanding of ISO-9001/2016 &13485 requirements.
  • Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
  • One to two years’ quality inspector experience
