Ellingson is hiring a Senior Staff Accountant to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise accounts payable staff and functions.
• Oversee the processing of payables.
• Cross train in other accounting function to provide backup and overflow support.

Requirements:

• Very limited travel.
• Ability to work in an office environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Minimum experience of at least three years in a related accounting position will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS office products.
• Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with vendors, management, & colleagues inside and outside the Company.
