Overview: The BCBA will deliver ABA services to clients (ages 2-21), including assessment, treatment planning, and parent training. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, participating in agency training, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
• BCBA certification for a minimum of 1 year
• Experience in school and home-based settings
• Proficient in behavior management, instructional skills, and interpersonal relations
• State of PA Behavior Specialist License
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation
• Current certifications (CPR, First aid, mandated reporter)

Responsibilities:

• Develop agency training on ABA, teaching strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior strategies
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff
• Ensure timely submission of paperwork and maintain data collection systems
• Develop behavior plans focusing on skill development
• Collaborate with treatment team members and maintain communication
• Stay updated with professional development and research findings
• Maintain data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in NET and DTT programming
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to quickly respond to calls, texts, and emails
• Establish rapport with clients and parents
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with copiers, phone systems, laminators, and office materials

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
