With more students needing ABA services every day, our client is seeking exceptional BCBAs to join their team. In this role, you will have all the support you need but the independence to set and manage your own caseload (and schedule). You must have experience in a school setting either as a BCBA or in another role before completing your certification (ie. paraprofessional, RBT, Behavior Interventionist, Special Education Teacher, Classroom Assistant, etc).

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
• Day Shift (Between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm) - School Hours
• Self-determined schedule - Take on as many cases as you want and set your schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Case management focusing on high-quality implementation
• Training and supervision of staff (1:1 therapists and RBTs)
• Supporting a culture of clinical excellence
• Complete VB-MAPP and FBA evaluations
• Develop behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Collaborate with all members of the client's team and family in a professional manner
• Work on IEP teams including participating in IEP team meetings, consulting and co-treating with related services, and creating and monitoring IEP goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum educational requirement is a master's degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) must be current and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience including implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for individuals with developmental disorders
• Experience in school-based settings is highly preferred for BCBA, required for LBS
• Positive team player willing to step in wherever needed
• Self-disciplined and able to seek out supervision when necessary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions
• Receptive to feedback
• Strictly adheres to HIPAA and FERPA rules and regulations
