Potential Inc. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Philadelphia, PA

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at Potential Inc. supervise client cases throughout Northeast Philadelphia to ensure the highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients and students across a variety of settings. This is a managerial position with direct reports.

Qualified candidates should be able to:

  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
  • Observe clients and staff across settings.
  • Participate in professional development activities (supervise RBTs, maintain BCBA certification and state requirements for licensure).
  • Conduct new client intakes.
  • Collaborate with families and other providers (i.e. wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies).
  • Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.

Job Requirements

  • Must have PA Behavior Specialist License
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
    • Inclusion and collaboration experience preferred
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week
  • Commutable across Northeast Philadelphia
  • Comfortable working with clients aged 2 - 18
