We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Elkhorn Valley Packing in Harper, KS. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving boxed beef sales and expanding our customer base. Position is fulltime and must be performed on location in Harper KS. Starting salary between $60,000-$80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Present and sell products to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer inquiries
• Some travel requred to meet and participate in customer events and food shows

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the meat industry is a plus
• Willing to commute or relocate to Harper KS
