Elk River Harley-Davidson is Hiring a Title Clerk - Part Time Near River, MN

Elk River Harley-Davidson is looking to add to a part-time title clerk to our Accounting Team. We are looking for someone available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 3pm. Here is a look into the role:

Areas of responsibility:

  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
  • General accounting tasks & special projects as assigned
  • New & Used Motorcycle deal processing; Liaison between the Motorcycle Sales Department, State of Minnesota, and Accounting Department
  • Titling of new/used vehicles, trade payoffs, & lien releases
  • Vehicle transfers for dealer trades
  • Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations for all vehicles
  • Floorplanning and funding
  • Accounting for all F&I products sold & cancelled

Qualifications:

  • Must have general accounting knowledge and experience.
  • Effective organizational skills, proven financial background, & willingness to help in other areas as well as learn new things.
  • Proficient using accounting software programs.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Proficient using an Internet browser.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to resolve problems with employees, suppliers, Harley-Davidson representatives and governmental agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, & a team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
