Service Advisor / Writer

• Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments, follow their bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties may be assigned

• 
  Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided!
• Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills
• Driver's license and good driving record is required
• Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus!
• A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
• Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
• Self-motivated to succeed
