Summary

Non-Liscense unit support team member needed. Answering phones, assisting residents with all non clinical needs such as food trays, ice water, phone calls, supplies for staff and any help the nursing staff needs to provide excellent customer service.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department, and to residents.
• Welcomes visitors and guides them to rooms if they are visiting
• Maintain fax machines, assists users, send faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
• Assist all nursing staff with any non-clinical support needs
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude a must
