• Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and wireless technology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
