Low Voltage Technician
Salary range starts at $42,000 and negotiable based on experience.

About the Job:
This is a TRAVELING position on weekdays.
Successful candidates will have strong low voltage, A/V cabling and mechanical skills. Experience working with high-end integrated systems that include whole-house and business music systems, media rooms, lighting control, home and business automation, and I.P surveillance systems.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience in residential or commercial Audio Visual installation
- Self motivation and the ability to see a job through from beginning to end
- Ability to communicate with manager
- Knowledge and experience with low-voltage retrofit and new construction
- Excellent A/V technical and troubleshooting skills
- Professional demeanor and clean work appearance
- Excellent client interaction/relationship skills
- Ability to work well individually as well as with a team is a MUST
- Basic Universal remote programming (URC a plus)
- Be able to installation and terminate cables in the highest integration quality, terminate Cat6 RJ45, Audio XLR, and Video BNC/VGA 15 HD.
- Have your own transportation.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must demonstrate a skillful art of eloquent integration, client communications and client expectations, team building skills. A plus will include CEDIA-CTS-CTI-CTD-DME certifications, DSP audio calibrations, video calibration and AMX/Crestron/Extron control systems programming and/or certification in various recognized institutions is preferred.
- Preferred knowledge of automation systems.
-This work may involve some heavy lifting and carrying of A/V equipment.
-You must understand the installation process and the safety elements of installing these various systems. You must be able to read video, audio, control, layout drawings and understand the system integration requirements.
-Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs.
