The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

Providing personal property (Contents) services on multiple projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings as follows:

• Ensure that contents are properly inventoried, cleaned, packed, stored and returned to the contents owner.
• Oversee and maintain contents prep area and all storage areas for contents
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Manager Assistant, Adjusters and Homeowners to coordinate viewing and disposal of non-restorable items
• Lead, coach, and professionally develop the contents team
• Ensures the safety of all contents personnel
• Ensures accurate data in restoration management portal
• Oversee job costs and that schedules are met

Responsible for ensuring the following tasks are completed efficiently by the Contents Team:

• Disassembly and reassembly
• Mitigation services (Pack outs)
• Dry and wet cleaning
• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
• Ambient air filtration
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Fire and Water Contents Cleaning
• Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse
• Tile Cleaning and Resealing
• Manage contents inventory and supplies
• Identify and resolve customer concern
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies, other coworkers, and any other parties at all times
• Entering information into Dash
• Other duties as assigned

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

• Previous experience in cleaning and packing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture
• Valid Driver License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning products and machines
• Polite disposition
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• MUST HAVE: Polished appearance (No facial or neck tattoos)
