A growing Home Care Agency (LHCSA) in Brooklyn is looking for an individual who is self-motivated with an aggressive personality to run our Home Health Aide recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for the On-Boarding Efforts from the beginning of the process through the completion of orientation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and benchmarks
• Outgoing, friendly & inviting personality
• Ability to complete basic administrative type work
• Desire to help the community and individuals looking for a career in the HHA field
• Develop & maintain relationships within the community
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events within the community

Requirements

• Must have the ability to travel within the NYC Region
• 1-year experience a must
• General Home Care knowledge or HR/Recruitment experience a plus
• Fluent in Spanish

This is a full time office job that requires you to be in the office Monday though Friday 9-5. On occasion you may be required to go out in the filed or community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
