ELITE GROUP is Hiring a Desktop Support Tech II Near Doral, FL
- Works directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
- General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops
- Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfillment of customer incidents
- Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries
- Provides case status updates
- Implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
- Responds to and completes customer requests for services
- Provides technical support to internal customers
- Supports/troubleshoots network problems
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Standby shift
- 3-5 years of proven desk-side support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
- Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
- Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware/software
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred English/Spanish
