As an SBD, you will be the first sales contact that a prospect has with Elite Apprenticeships. Using outreach emails, phone calls, and social media, you will connect with the right person using the best possible message to set appointments for our sales teams. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and work with a product-centric team.Responsibilities:Prospect for new leadsUnderstand and effectively communicate our offering and appeal to a variety of prospects by phone and emailEfficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound conversationsSchedule quality meetingsQualify, prioritize, and close both outbound and inbound leadsManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospectsEnsure a seamless hand-off of appointments to the rest of the sales teamAccurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRMAnalyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategiesExceed monthly and quarterly qualified appointments objectives ​QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skillsDesire to grow and excel in a sales positionIndividual and team contributor Ability to both give and receive feedbackA commitment to learning, being adaptable, and having a great attitudeCommit to a 1 year apprenticeship Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
