We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Contract Event Production Assistant to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support our event team in the planning and execution of various events from start to finish.
• Manage logistics and vendor coordination.
• Assist with building and setting up event furniture.
• Handle on-site event setup and tear-down.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event process.
• Loading and unloading production trucks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Valid driver's license and proficient in operating a pickup truck if required.
• Able to lift heavy items (60 lbs or more) and comfortable with getting their hands dirty.
• 2-3 years of experience in event production or related field.
• Strong technical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
