Eliassen Group is Hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer Near Rockville, MD
Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $78.00 - $84.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Requirements of the Senior Full Stack Developer:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in implementing solutions using JavaScript and Angular
- Technical expertise in Object Oriented and database technologies/concepts
- Expertise in writing SQL queries
- Ability to work with Java back-end as well as Angular UI
- Strong competency Java 17 and further (the latest features)
- Working knowledge in the implementation of CI, CD pipelines using (Maven/Jenkins/Github)
- Knowledge of Oracle, Postgres database including data persistence in JAVA using JPA/Hibernate
- Knowledge with AWS including ECS/EC2, Security groups, IAM roles, DynamoDB
- Knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches
