Our financial services client is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $64.00 - $69.00/hr on W2Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Lead Product Manager:
- Define and own the product backlog for the development team
- Define product KPIs and success metrics
- Define, build towards, and launch key capabilities for the modern Core processing platform
- Lead discussions with lines of business to understand capability intent to support their product roadmap
- Lead internal customer research for core processing capability
- Synthesize customer research into new platform capabilities
- Define, build towards, and launch MVPs that turn into successful products
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of product management experience
- At least 3 years of experience in API management, software development exposure
- At least 3 years of experience in data technologies and data modeling
- At least 3 years of bar data quality through reconciliation and analytics
- At least 2 years of experience working with an Agile delivery methodology
- At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional teams
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services Industry
