Job Description
*Hybrid | 3 days/wk onsite | Greenwood, CO*
Our fortune 100 client is seeking a junior level engineer to join their testing team
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the Junior Network Test Engineer:
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
- Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Experience in
• Cable Modem and Router functionality
• Regression, sanity, and ad hoc testing
• Networking knowledge
• Unix/Linux OS
• Jira, Test Rail or Octane usage
• Database, API tools usage
• Cloud knowledge - Willingness to learn, ask questions, and be enthusiastic about developing on the team.
- Network / WiFi background is a huge plus
