Our financial services client is looking for a Full Stack Mainframe Engineer to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $75.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Requirements of the Full Stack Mainframe Engineer:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of web/application development experience
• Experience doing a deep dive across a technology stack to determine root cause of issues/errors
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker)
• Experience with cloud technologies Azure/AWS
• Experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL, CICS, VSAM
• Experience supporting and maintaining applications in a DevOps environment using CI/CD tools
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket Server (Stash), Jenkins, and uDeploy
• Experience with financial platforms are good to have
• Support experience with Event Driven applications using Kafka
• Ability to do either a short-term resolution or longer-term strategic resolution for issues
• Strong proven understanding of Java/Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Angular, Node JS
• Knowledge of supporting server-side components using REST API and backend SQL /Stored Procedure Components
• Exposure to Oracle and distributed warehouses
