Description
The CSR is responsible for working alongside with the Estimator in processing files. Customer/Insurance/Vendor communications and managing assigned tasks, accounts, reconciliation and billing of files.
Essential Duties include the following:
**Regular Saturday rotation at dealership (1-2 shifts per month for 4 hrs)***
Assist with and handle incoming phone calls.
Assist with and handle filing as requested according to shop rules and filing system.
Keep customers updated with their vehicles' status and update the system accordingly.
Properly inspect vehicles and complete prior damage report and ensure all photos are inserted into the system.
Post all conversations with insurance companies and customers into the management system.
Learn how to decode, write basic estimates.
As a Customer Care Representative for Eli’s Collision Repair, you will act as a liaison between the company and our customers during the duration of repairs. You will handle incoming phone calls, check in vehicles, greet customers, document auto damage, communicate with insurance companies, request supplemental estimates and rental extensions, call on payments, and provide daily updates to customers, among other daily tasks. The best candidate for the position is a proactive, self-motivated individual who is friendly, well-spoken, organized, and has excellent customer service skills. For this position, we are looking for customer service professionals who enjoy helping people, are motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
