We are looking for a motivated, friendly, energetic, and responsible individual to join our management team for our new location. This is not just another "burger joint". We offer an "elevated" product, atmosphere, and experience - and that goes for both our guests as well as our employees. The right canidate will need to be able to commit to a training program at Elevation Burger headquarters in Virginia.
Core activities will include managing the front and back of the house and all customer service issues as measured by:
Knowing all stations at proficient level, and the ability to train and coach new employees.
Masters and teaches opening and closing duties.
Performs banking duties including cash counting, deposits and ordering change.
Oversee and complete payroll on time.
Oversee product deliveries.
Oversee front house food production.
Participate in ordering and inventory of all product
Oversee Health Safety Management
Participate in scheduling of all employee labor, and management of labor
Participate in hiring of employees, and consistent enforcement of handbook violations.
Planning and execution of marketing activities.
The right candidate will assist thorough and efficient management of the operation of this location with an emphasis on prompt and friendly guest service, employee development, business growth, and consistency of the food product.
