Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. You will be responsible for providing support to customers, addressing their concerns, and assisting with order processing and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
