Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clocked in and ready for work at 8AM until 4:30PM without exceeding break time or 30-minute lunch.
• Trim and structure vegetative plants, completing the task within the time allocated in the production schedule while maintaining.
• Complete daily cleanup checklist and ensure Production Supervisor or Production Manager signs off on it.
• Clean tables, tops of bloom and vegetative tanks, fans, and instruments weekly or as needed.
• Plant new tanks per Production schedule and transplant; while taking great care with the plants.
• Harvest Bloom plants, record wet weights of specific strains, and hang to dry.
• Net Bloom Tanks, and correctly tend branches as instructed by Production Supervisor.
• Scrub vegetative and bloom tanks per company procedures to restart grow process.
• Ability to defoliate (schwazzi) bloom plants at rate of speed that is deemed acceptable by supervisor and maintain quality.
• Attaching METRCS plant tags correctly ensuring that strain name is visible and hanging on a branch.
• Thoroughly wash hydroton, and scrub dirty baskets per company procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all Elevated’s policies and procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees and be part of a team.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have a high energy level.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping on a set timeline.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work 8 hours at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
