Elevate is Hiring a Remote Senior Financial Analyst
- Analyzes monthly departmental financials and prepare reports and projections based on these analyses.
- Focus on analyzing company-wide operating expenses, must be detailed oriented to catch line item variances.
- Coordinates with members of the finance, accounting, and business teams to ensure accuracy of data.
- Communicates effectively and thoroughly with budget owners who will be relying upon the analyst’s information.
- Helps maintain the organization’s financial system (i.e. Vena) & offer suggestions for improvements.
- Assists with the annual operating and capital budget preparation process.
- Proactively investigates unusual balances, variances, and fluctuations.
- Builds and analyzes ad hoc financial reports as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with financial statements and the inter-dependencies between the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel (Advanced Excel modeling skills required), Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with ERP software, or the capability to quickly learn the system.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP accounting, and the workings between an income statement and cash flow statement.
- Full Time – Exempt
- Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000

- This position is preferred to be at our office in Santa Clara, however also open to remote work or may be based in one of our other offices located in Charlotte, NC, New York City, NY, or Salt Lake City, UT.
